Elena Veguillas

Elena Veguillas is a Spanish designer, researcher and writer based in
London. Since 2013, she has been the communication manager and art
editor at TypeTogether. After completing her MA in typography and graphic communication at the University of Reading, she acquired her doctorate at Central Saint Martins, exploring the relationship between architectural lettering and early corporate identity. She is an
active member of the women’s collective Alphabettes, and publishes a
Spanish newsletter about type, lettering, and graphic heritage named
Circular de tipografía. When she is not working, she is most likely cycling.
